While not as wide as products like Polish quills, these stripped peacock eyes will tie dry fly quill bodies and small nymphs. As with all stripped peacock products, we recommend cutting quills and soaking in water or laying on wet paper towels for a few minutes before tying to help prevent cracking or splitting while wrapping.
