"Grow Your Own" kits are an easy way to grow your favorite gourmet mushrooms! Tahoe Blue Oysters are amongst the easiest mushrooms for a beginner fungi enthusiast to enjoy, watch, and learn from. Cultivated and inoculated right in the Lake Tahoe Basin, Tahoe Blue Oysters mimic the brilliant blue colors of the lake they they were raised from.
