New V2 Valiant, where technology meets function The Valiant 2 is the combination of time on the water and constant innovation to take this reel to the next level. The first reel to give you all the power of a TwinDrag® lever drag reel, with the castability of a Star Drag reel. The new XCT® feature helps control the spool speed when casting while minimalizing backlashes and giving you a smooth, long cast. The Centrifugal Casting Design works once the spool starts in motion giving the angler confidence in making the right cast. Accurate has also added a couple safety features to the new V2 Valiant that include a detent in drag cam prior to free spool to alleviate problems on a fish, and a push button stop prior to full drag so fish won’t be lost while increasing the drag.
