Hot Smoked Coho Salmon

Made with the ancient and traditional art of Hot Smoking these Coho pieces are infused with the rich smoke of alder wood. We use only the best Coho salmon caught wild in the nearby inside Passage of Alaska in our smokehouse. This smoked Coho can stand alone as an amazing snack or mixed with cream cheese and spices to create the perfect salmon spread.  Size: 1lb / 8oz portions All of our Fresh/Frozen products ship 1-2 days via FedEx. It will be shipped in a insulated layer and one to two gel ice packs rated for forty-eight hours of freezing time. Shipping material can be recycled at your local recycling center.
