Hot Smoked White King Salmon

Also known as Chinook, king salmon are prized for their color, high oil content and firm texture. We take this amazing wild caught fish and hot smoke it to perfection over Alder smoke. The finished product is firm and flaky like baked salmon, but with a slightly cured crust and deep smokey flavor.  Size: 1lb / 8oz portions All of our Fresh/Frozen products ship 1-2 days via FedEx. It will be shipped in a insulated layer and one to two gel ice packs rated for forty-eight hours of freezing time. Shipping material can be recycled at your local recycling center.
