Paralegal Skills Assessment

The Paralegal Skills test is designed for professionals that are currently working as paralegals. The aim of this test is to assess one's knowledge of the functions of a paralegal and the legal profession, contract law, tort law, legal writing, constitutional law, and legal research. This test is appropriate to administer to test takers with a year or more experience as a paralegal.
