Record and track the coffee's details like its origin, producer, varietals, processing method, roaster, roast date, and brew date.  There is a small place for notes, a flavor wheel to mark your interpretation and findings, and a check box for the brew method you used.  Each booklet is made with 100% recycled papers sourced from the Pacific Northwest. Interior pages are 100% post-consumer recycled content.  The inks used are US grown soy-based inks combined with a little bit of coffee!
