All the coffees in this blend are sourced from small, family-owned farms in Pitalito. Acidity: Medium Aroma: Sweet and fruity Body: Heavy Milling Process: Washed Tasting Notes: Dark chocolate, Caramel, Cherry, Vanilla, Roasted almond The growing altitude for the Colombia Huila is 1500 -1,950 meters above sea level. The varietals are Castillo and Caturra. It has two harvest periods: October - February and May - August.
