Tall Hat - Black / Bright Silver Smooth Velvet

This early Elizabethan noble's hat is built with a plastic crown and laminated cardboard. The brim is 2" wide and the crown is 5" tall. Trims will vary.  Some of the smooth velvet Tall Hats have an attached 6 " ostrich plume, a bit of ostrich fluff or rooster feathers and some are plain. Tall Hats run a little large. Custom hats are possible.  Feather Pins are sold separately in accessories as single feather pins, short fluffy feather pins and long fancy feather pins.
