High-Temperature Processing: Blocks are processed in a high-temperature oven to remove all oil and gasket residue. Steel Shot Blasting: Blocks are steel shot blasted and cleaned to meet our strict inspection standards. Precision Boring and Resurfacing: Blocks are expertly bored and the deck resurfaced on our Hurco machine, typically to +.020 over stock.
