Russian-American ballet dancer and actor (1949-1995), his 1979 defection caused a diplomatic incident between the US and the former Soviet Union. Godunov was the principal dancer at the ABT, and later became a star in a few Hollywood films. Fantastic larger size photograph mounted on hard cardboard signed by him, shown in performance (probably in "Spartacus" by Aram Kachaturian). Total size is 16 x 20 inches, photograph is 10.75 x 14 inches, in excellent condition.
