Black-and-white original photograph by Houston Rogers (London) signed and inscribed by Page with a long sentiment, dated in London, 1964, shown in performance in "La Fille Mal-Gardée". Size is 8 x 9.8 inches, minor damage over the lower-right and upper-left corners, otherwise in excellent condition
