Score of his opera "Andrea Chenier", his most famous work, signed by him on the first title page. Version for piano and voice, published by Edoardo Sonzogno, Milan, 1922.  Giordano boldly signed on the first title page, inscribing his autograph to Canadian pianist and teacher Helena Plaxton, dating this in 1927. 246 numbered pages, 9 x 11.6 inches, rebound covers with leather spine printed in golden letters with the name of the opera, in very good condition.
