Russian-American conductor and violinist (1886-1965), founder conductor of the Cleveland Orchestra in 1918 and later its Music Director, remaining with the orchestra until 1932, later conductor of the Seattle Symphony Orchestra. Gorgeous photograph signed and inscribed by him, shown inspecting a score. Size is 6.5 x 8.6 inches, probably trimmed from a larger original size, some repaired cracks, in good condition.
