Sisca, Marziale - "Caricatures by Enrico Caruso" First Edition 1908

Original book from 1908, first edition, published by La Follia di New York by Marziale Sisca, who was a friend of Enrico Caruso. Sisca asked him permission to publish this beautiful compendium of his caricatures, with hundreds of them depicting famous conductors, singers, musicians, and many of Caruso himself.  This is now a classic book, highly collectible, and in this case is the first edition, published when Caruso was at the peak of his career. Book has been rebound with modern hardcovers, with all the original book inside, 182 numbered pages, 9.75 x 12.75 inches, in very good condition.
