Tchaikovsky, Pyotr - Signed "The Maid of Orleans" Score Clip

Star Russian composer (1840-1893) of the late romantic period, today one of the most popular composers in the classical music world. Clip from the front cover of a printed score for his opera "The Maid of Orleans", Russian edition, with a bold hand made signature by the great composer over the top right corner, inscribed, with a short sentiment. Dated in St. Petersburg, final digit of the year is missing, but obviously signed in the 1880s. This is a clip, not the complete full front cover. Size is 5.7 x 10.6 inches, some spotted rust, pink stain over the center left border, in overall very good condition. See full photo and detail picture. A very affordable autograph of one of the greatest composers.
