Set of three autograph letters signed by him, written from Darmstadt between 1884 and 1897, addressed to the composer Ruggero Leoncavallo concerning the “Bell Chorus” of his opera “Pagliacci”; to the cellist Leo Schrattenholz (1872-1955), concerning a refusal to give a contribution to his book; and to the composer Arthur Smolian (1856-1911) sending him the libretto and the reduction of his opera (presumably “Die Inca-Söhne, 1895).
