Sweet, fruity, unique & a nice after burn! Locally harvested wild “tuna” blended with our hot peppers.  Tropical flavors with a hot pepper infusion. The “Tuna” is the fluorescent purple fruit of the Opuntia, known as the Prickly Pear.  These fruit were painfully hand harvested in September from wild cactus on & around our farm. The fruit have a natural watermelon-berry flavor, are antioxidant and vitamin rich, and pair perfectly with Capsicum Chinese Peppers.   Try on popcorn, fish or ice cream!  My favorite meal ever is sea scallops braised in a balsamic Prickly Ghost Sauce! The Prickly Pear Harvest in 2021 was very small and we are hoping to have a better harvest season.  Our current availability is limited until August so the Prickly Ghost will only be available on line.  Enjoy while it lasts!
