Shichimi Togarashi In House Blend

Shichimi Togarashi is also known as 7-Flavor or 7-Spice mix. It is a Japanese Seasoning mixture that can be very hot. It is typically used as a seasoning in cooking and as a condiment for the table, soups, noodle dishes, tempura and many other Japanese dishes. Shichimi Togarashi is also great for grilled meat, veggies, and broiled/grilled or pan seared fish. Just add a pinch of salt. Ingredients: Hatch Green Chile, Szechuan pepper, Seville orange peel, black sesame seeds, white sesame seeds, poppyseeds and brown mustard seeds. Sold by the ounce.
