Lance considers her paintings to be diaries of her meditations; the medium is an outlet to express her subconscious in a way that doesn’t feel possible verbally. Her watercolors of flowers represent the interconnectedness of nature and the mind, while the more figurative works depict visions from her meditations and connections to the spiritual realm.
