Tocino ( Sweet marinated pork or chicken )

2lbs per pack Tocino is made from pork or chicken marinated in sweet and salty its either cured or fresh and usually served as a breakfast meal.   Chicken Tocino :Keep frozen Cooking suggestion: Thaw before cooking Stove* Place the meat inside the pan with 1/4 cup  water and let it boil until the water evaporates, add oil and fry until the sauce become caramelized Airfryer * placed the meat inside airfryer and set the fryer to 275 degrees, turn the meat after 15 min and leave it until fully cooked ( side dish with atchara, cucumber and tomatoes ) Please thaw the meat in the microwave or inside the fridge overnight.
