The Fallen Fortress is a new formicarium design from Tar Heel Ants.  This design for your ant colonies features a 4x4x4" foraging area magnetically attached to the back of a 4x4x2 inch nest.  This is a very similar design to our popular Fortress formicarium.   Check out this new review of the Fortress by The Ant Network:   All Fallen Fortress formicaria come with 2 connection ports, one for the nest to connect to other formicaria nest areas or foraging areas, and one in the foraging area.  What features come with the Fallen Fortress? This formicarium comes with a nestmate (see nestmate video here).  The nestmate is intended to be used in the connection port slot.  Note:  There is no separate port for the nestmate in this formicarium due to space limitations.
