The key design feature of this series is the "flat-head" style which permits the wheel to be mounted between a single washer and the flat-head. The wheel is then locked in place with a "reverse-threaded" nut. This "Safety-Approved" design allows the wheel to be close to the work surface. This arbor has a plated finish.
