While 3 each, total 6, prong set round cut diamonds embellish the triangular mounts, the shank is adorned with 6 each, total 12, prong set round cut diamonds on either side. A 14 karat yellow gold milgrain carving is seen in the interior, along with a bezel set round cut diamond at the center front and back.
