All the rows of the D-Rings are sewn in on seat belt webbing to give it the strength you need for the tie downs it will endure. Since this is a light-weight tarp, you will have to take more care in protecting your tarp from ripping and be sure to use corner protectors, moving blankets, etc while covering your cargo with these 12 oz tarps.
