custom commission

Do you have a piece in mind that you can't find in my shop? I love working on custom commissions! Leave your ideas in the "special instructions" box in your cart, or email me at hello@tashafriesen.com so we can come up with a plan :) All commissions start with a $50 deposit, which is delivered to you as a $50 gift card. Once your piece is fired and ready for delivery, I will send you a special link that you can use to redeem your deposit/gift card and pay any remaining fees (state taxes, shipping, or product value in excess of $50) Commissioned pieces have a minimum value of $50, regardless of size or complexity. This is simply a protection of my time. Please allow a minimum of 5-7 weeks for a custom piece. I work in a shared studio and don't have control over firing schedules, so the process really can take up to 2 months to get through all the kilns.
