The 5 day program includes your warm up, lift, abs and cardio schedule. The lifting program includes 3 leg days and 2 upper body. The at-home option modifies the workouts used to achieve results as it is assumed that the user will not have access to the same equipment in a gym. It is strongly encouraged to follow the gym version for maximum results however as a working mom, it was important to provide both options to our community.
