Evan Williams Single Barrel Vintage Bourbon

Produced by Heaven Hill, this straight bourbon is named after Evan Williams, who opened Kentucky's first distillery in 1783. You get dark caramel, sweet oak, and charred wood on the nose. The palate is lush and spicy with notes of honey, apple, and orange. Thanks to its modest proof, the finish is long, graceful, and relaxed. Since 2022, this bourbon is only sold in Kentucky.  Age 7 - 8 Years Mash Bill 78% Corn. 12% Malted Barley. 10% Rye. Proof 86.6 / 43.3% ABV
