This limited-release is part of Hardin's Creek Warehouse Series, created to demonstrate how the environment of a single rickhouse affects maturation. This expression rested entirely in Warehouse G, which is distinguished as a towering nine-story structure, one of the few of its kind still standing within the distillery campus. The extreme height of this warehouse results in vast temperature differentials between the top and bottom floors, subjecting the barrels to an unusual degree of seasonal flux which imparts unmatched complexity and layered aromatics to the bourbon.
