Each annual release highlights a specific corn varietal, meticulously selected and grown in partnership with local family farms. Sweet and robust, this bourbon went into the barrel at 107 proof and was aged for six years in rickhouses W5 and W6 on the third, fourth, and fifth floors and is non-chill filtered.
