Hillrock Estate Distillery Single Malt Whiskey

This Hillrock single malt whiskey was hand-selected at the distillery by Anthony Finley, Mike Weinman, Dan the Bourbon Man, Pierre Auguste and OJ Lima. It's made from estate-grown malted barley that was smoked with Speyside Scottish peat for 18 hours in the distillery's malthouse. Unlike Hillrock bourbon, the single malt isn't solera aged. It was finished in a Pedro Ximenez cask then bottled at cask strength. This is TSR's first pick from Hillrock, and the only time the distillery has released a whiskey solely finished in PX.
