Taconic Distillery takes Grade A Amber maple syrup made by Catskill Mountain Sugar House and ages it in their Dutchess Private Reserve bourbon barrels for six months. It comes in a 375ml bottle, is 100% organic and should be refrigerated after opening. It doesn't last long so you may want to cop two.
