Persian Lime Olive Oil

This oil has the flavor of Persian limes, also know as Tahitian limes, which are less acidic than key limes and don't have the bitterness that lends to the key lime's unique flavor. Pair it with white balsamic vinegar and lime sea salt for the most amazing fish or with Garlic Herb Balsamic for a fabulous drizzle over chicken and salads.
