Overload and underload training is becoming very popular in training methods. We developed our best overload and underload package with two bats that focus on three different parts of the swing, to reach one goal a swing  designed to do damage. The Overload and Underload are a great counterbalance combination in training with the overload typically weighing +1.5-2.0 ounces of your desired length (i.e. 33.5" 35 oz.) and the Underload typically weighing -5-6 ounces of your desired length (i.e. 33.5" 29.5 oz.).
