Root Gel

Dip seedlings in this Root Gel prior to planting to better manage water in the root zone, significantly reduce watering maintenance and provide a more constant supply of water to the roots. Root gel can also be used to trap more moisture in baskets or containers.  Root gel will repeatedly absorb and release water in the soil and lasts for several years until it biodegrades. Crystals hold up to 150 times their weight in water. One ounce does about 100 seedlings or 50 transplants, depending on consistency.   Sold in 1-ounce and 3-ounce packages.
