Chardonnay, Sauvignon Blanc, and Riesling are fermented separately and then blended together for a few months before bottling. Meant to be drunk with a healthy thirst and no pretension. A melange of bright minerality, freshly mown grass, dandelion, chives, Granny Smith apple, and lemon zest. 60% Chardonnay, 20% Riesling, and 20% Sauvignon Blanc 750ml
