We worked especially long on this blend to eliminate any decaf taste and adjusted the blend to keep the flavor profile similar to the caffé blend.   Body Scale: 4 Roast level scale: 3 Process: Mc decaffeination process, beans are natural and fully washed Acidity: 3 Cup characteristics: A full body, smooth, caramel texture, nutty aroma, an initial burst of flavor of coffee, chocolate and nuts.
