Meet co-founder Ashley's grandma. An Italian woman that loved to feed the entire neighborhood. Her name was Natalie. Everyone called her Tally, but to Ashley, she was 'mama'. She played a sit-down accordion in her band, Natalie and the Rainbow girls. She owned a little restaurant where they always had fresh baked bread and she always brought fried chicken to picnics. TASTE PROFILE: Cocoa, Floral, Citrus. ROAST: Single Origin medium roast from Nicaragua, certified SHG (Strictly High Grown) which specifies that the coffee was grown at an altitude above 1200 meters. Coffee grown at a higher altitude and lower temperature produces a slower maturing fruit and a denser bean; which creates a more desirable specialty cup.
