1" Male NPT Close Nipple - 304 Stainless Steel - Connects 1" FNPT --> 1" FNPT. This nipple has male threads on both ends to allow for two fittings or pipes to be joined with minimal exposed thread. NPT is a tapered thread that ensures a tight fit so it should not thread all of the way down.
