This is why we partnered with our friends down the street at Third Culture Bakery to bring you a chocolate bar inspired by their strawberry matcha latté. A creamy oat milk white chocolate bar with a slightly bitter matcha shell perfectly balanced by the sweetness of its strawberry filling, Perfect Matcha is a celebration of flavor and friendship. Sam Butarbutar and Wenter Shyu built Third Culture into a symbol of diversity, inclusiveness, and acceptance in the Bay Area. Our mutual values and appreciation for crafting great food led us to this amazing partnership. You could say we're a PERFECT MATCHA for one another.
