Complex flavors, light, high caffeine, peach acidity. Flavors of stone fruit, apricot, sugar cane, peach, and cherry. Harvested in Ahuachapan, El Salvador in the highlands. Estate is at 4600 ft above sea level. Coarse ground for commercial coffee makers. Black Honey washed arabica beans, 15 day drying process on a concrete bed in the sun.
