This style of mooncake is our absolute favorite among the moon-inspired pastries. Our Taiwanese Mooncake is filled with sweetened red bean paste that's "not too sweet" with a salted duck egg yolk. The silky filling is then encased in a soft, flaky outer dough. We adore this pastry for its simplicity and deliciousness. Like all of our pastries, these are made to order.
