Late harvest leaves, long and pressed flat. Fresh and mild vegetal taste with a clean, lightly mineral, finish. An excellent "everyday green". Less than half the caffeine of some of the more "high end" Japanese greens like Gyokuro and Sencha. This bancha comes to us from Kirishima in the Kagoshima prefecture.
