발효차 Harvest in May 2025 Balhyo is unique in Korea - not quite oolong, black, or puerh - since each producer has their technique and preference for tea leaf grade (spring, summer, fall). We've categorized this Balhyo as black due to its high oxidation level and taste. Sejak-grade green tea leaves are expertly oxidized and allowed to wither in the sun before being carefully dried, granting a cocoa nuance that pairs excellently with a pungent aroma and gentle tannins.
