Harvested from naturally growing trees in the Jiri Mountain area, the teas are crafted through a traditional pan-firing process dating back centuries. Organic Woojeon consists of the youngest spring buds, rich in refined sweetness and floral notes, with limited yearly availability. Organic Balhyo is made from Sejak leaves picked after Woojeon, oxidized over several days, and briefly fermented to develop deep, intricate flavor notes of chocolate and roasted chestnuts.
