Dragon Well Green Tea - Organic

Dragon Well, also known as Lung Jing, is one of China's Top Ten most famous teas. Coming from Zheijiang, this organic green tea has a beautifully green color and flat leaf. The flat leaf results from the tea maker's pressing the withered green tea leaves into a hot wok with their bare hands. Lung Jing is known for it's notes of hay and is a wonderful Spring tea that can be enjoyed any time. Highly recommended if you enjoy green tea! Steep one heaping teaspoon of loose tea per 6-8oz. of below boiling water, 180°F for 2 minutes. Loose leaf tea comes packaged in a foil-lined, opaque pouch that has a resealable zip-lock to maintain freshness.
