Enjoy the organic and unblended Rooibos, a South African herbal tisane. It has hints of creamy tobacco flavor, so it is similar to tea, but naturally caffeine free. Lots of potassium. Steep 1 teaspoon of loose tea per 6-8oz. of boiling water, 212°F, for 5 minutes. Loose leaf tea comes packaged in a foil-lined, opaque pouch that has a resealable zip-lock to maintain freshness.
