Hailing from Fujian, China, this green oolong has a nice smooth mild flavor. A slight sweet and savory taste rounds out this noteworthy Ti Kwan Yin oolong and can be steeped 2-3 times. Steep in below boiling water, about 195F degrees for 2-3 minutes. Re-steep the same tea leaves for a second infusion adding one extra minute. Loose leaf tea comes packaged in a foil-lined, opaque pouch that has a resealable zip-lock to maintain freshness.
