Wild harvest Tie Guan Yin in Anxi county, Fujian province of China Solid, grounding, subtle floral note, lots fresh herbs and wood bark, with a sweet nectar taste, soothing, invigorating. Use 3 g to 5 g for a normal coffee mug size cup, off boil water approximately 209 F. Best result with gongfu style brewing with either a teapot or gaiwan. Good filtered water such as reverse osmosis water is highly recommended.
