Brewing Instructions: 1 teaspoon tea to 8-10 oz 180 degree water (not boiling, just steaming). Steep 3-5 minutes.  We source our teas from small estates that practice tea cultivation techniques handed down through the family, creating a more natural and healthful tea.   Each hand-blended loose leaf tea is packed in a resealable bag and weighs 2 oz.
